In January of 2007, IDC acquired 75% ownership in a 16,000 square foot newly constructed suburban office project located on
Pearl Road in Strongsville, Ohio. The original developer was having difficulties so the lender,
First Place Bank, asked the Company to step in. With construction being recently completed,
the project is being leased up and to date is 38% leased with current tenants including Chicago Title,
Community United Community Credit Union and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
