In February of 2007, the Company acquired 100% ownership in four commercial
buildings totaling 19,700 square feet situated on 7 acres of land on SR 303
in Brunswick, Ohio. The the buildings are 87% leased to Southwest Medical Center,
Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Flowerama. Included in the purchase was
approximately 3.2 acres of vacant land upon which approximately 30,000 square feet
of flex/office space can be constructed.
The site is well located in the growing community of Brunswick, Ohio.
Portions of the site are under utilized and the long term plan is to
redevelop those parts of the site and pursue build to suit opportunities
for the 3.2 acres of vacant land. IDC also has an option to purchase another
5 acres of land adjacent to the site.
