In September of 2006, the Company acquired 100% ownership in a
9 acre vacant parcel located on SR 306 in Aurora, Ohio.
The site is being developed into a 32,000 square foot retail
center that will include one or more outlots with remaining
land being developed as a neighborhood retail center. The site
is zoned and final site plan approval is due in 4Q of 2007.
Construction will commence on or about 4Q of 2007 with prospective
tenants including Key Bank, Realty One, Mazzulo's, Georgio's Oven
Fresh Pizza, among others.
