In April of 2007, the Company acquired 55% ownership in a 3 acre parcel that is currently being developed into 3 restaurant/retail pads. Currently have leases from Arby's and Autozone for 20 year terms whereby Arby's and AutoZone with the third pad being available for lease for sale.
